• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Will you ship it discreetly?

  Yes, I will put it in an envelope or box that looks just like anything you would receive a package in from somewhere like Amazon.

  I will stamp a KE and put a pawprint on the seal so that you know it hasn't been opened before you get it.

• How long does it take to make a product?

  Orders such as cloaks and costumes can take up to 6 weeks to complete. Updates will be sent should it take longer or be an inconvenience. All products rely on availability and ability to get fabrics and other materials in for that purpose. It usually takes less time, but I want you to be prepared.

  Orders such as deck bags, dice bags, spread cloths, and small bags take up to 4 weeks to complete. There's a lot factored in there, and it usually takes 2 weeks. I will email with a time estimate after your order is received.

  Readings take 1-3 days. If for some reason yours would take longer, I will get in touch with you.

  Pet collars take 2 weeks.

  Any delays that may occur will be emailed to you, using the email on file. Most items take less time, but again, availability of materials can come into play.

• How Will I Recieve my Reading?

  I send your reading to the email listed on the order.

  You receive a PDF file that explains the reading along with a picture or video of the divination tool used.

  If we do a Skype session, it will be delivered live.
